Hoyt grew up in “the shop” and has spent 40 years at SmallCorp. He is responsible for establishing company goals and strategies. He also likes to help with exhibit case design and facility management.

Hoyt’s wife and partner-in-crime, Jennifer, has worked at SmallCorp for 22 years and is beginning to transition towards retirement. While she has relinquished most of her day-to-day responsibilities, Jen is still managing HR and A/R collections on a part-time basis.
